What are the cut off times for on line ordering?

Online orders shipping by common carrier or ups placed by 2:30 pm are shipped out the same day. Any online orders placed after 2:30 pm, overnight, on weekends or holidays will be shipped out on the next business day.

If your location is in the Lake Court Delivery Fleet footprint our cut off time for orders is 5:00pm for next day delivery.
Please keep in mind the above cut off times are Eastern Standard Time.

Order Processing:

You will receive an automated order confirmation immediately via email entered in the check out process. Confirmation of order indicates that order has been received, not that all items are in stock and available. 

You will be notified via email of any product that is out of stock from our experienced customer service staff, which will be able to inform you of available comparable products or estimated shipping of back order products.

Please contact us by phone as soon as possible if you need to change your order. We can change orders that have entered our system but are still waiting to be processed.


 What if I can't find the product I'm looking for?

Any product that is available through any vendor we deal with can be ordered. Please contact customer service and they will assist in getting it for you. 800.860.3130

Can I ship direct to my customer via Lake Court?

Yes - Products can be dropped shipped via LCM. Please refer to our freight policy located on our home page or contact customer service for additional information.


Where can I find additional product information or specifications? i.e. what's the weight limits for Lake Court products? Or what are the dimensions for these products you offer?

Some of the products listed on our web site have links to "view specifications". Our website will be in "constant construction" to update product information as quickly as we can, so check back often. As always you can contact customer service for any information or product you are interested in.


Can I have more than 1 user name for each location and store manager?

Yes - We can add multiple users to your account, please use the "contact us" on our home page, contact your sales rep or customer service.


Do you buy back equipment?

Lake Court Medical distributes new equipment only. To sell used equipment, we generally suggest advertising in the newspaper or by any means you would normally try to sell an item. You may also consider donating the product to a charity if you could benefit from the tax deduction. 


How do I store old batteries for my power wheelchair or scooter?

If you will be storing the wheelchair and the batteries for a long period of time, we recommend fully charging the batteries then disconnecting them from the electronics. At least every other week the batteries will need to be reconnected, charged, and then disconnected again.

When batteries are no longer of use to you, we recommend taking them to a battery recycling center.


Where is the serial number located on my product?

The serial number location varies based on the product.

The location of the serial number is:
• Manual wheelchairs - under the seat on the crossbrace or on the frame
• Power wheelchairs - located on the frame and will not be located on any electronic components
• On a power wheelchair, you may have to remove the batteries or    shroud to locate it.
• Concentrators - inside filter door on the side
• Beds - on the bed ends, headspring, and footspring
• Lifts - on the mast and base
• Patient aids (walkers, canes, rollators, commodes, etc.) - various locations with a date or lot code of 5 or 6 digits
